Job Purpose:
Data entry of financial transactions and maintaining the chart of accounts for clients; Reconcile Bank and Credit Card Statements for clients; Organize clients' financial records.
Duties:
- Meet deadlines for completing work tasks while maintaining accuracy- Serve clients with a positive and professional demeanor- Manage emails- Maintains safe and clean desk area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations- Maintains professionalism and care when assisting clients- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededSkills/
Qualifications:
Proficient or Certified in QuickBooks Online, Proficient Microsoft Office Skills, Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, Ability to Multitask, Excellent oral and written communication skills, Listening, Professionalism, Client-Focused, Excellent Organizational Skills, Works Effectively Under Pressure, Willingness to Gain Knowledge and Experience in the Accounting Business Sector.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
