help order food and organize corporate holidays, birthdays, new hires, meetings Order supplies for corporate office on a weekly basis Update and maintain corporate directory when new employees start and leave Assist with operational tasks for supporting facilities Organize and maintain vehicle list Greet people at the front desk Answer all incoming phone calls to the office Point of contact for all administrative functions
