Cashier Skills and Responsibilities ? Gives a positive impression of the company by providing excellent customer service ? Using the register to scan items accurately and giving the customer the total amount ? Answer questions about products or items location.
? Bagging items for customers.
? Verifying till amounts before and after a shift.
? Maintain a clean environment and face products in the front end during slow hours ? Accomplish small tasks when asked.
Work hours We are a retail store that is open most days of the year with the exclusion of Christmas with reduced hours of certain holidays.
Currently, we need cashiers that are flexible with their schedule.
Cashier Qualifications ? Basic math skills are required ? Customer service must be excellent ? Be able to communicate effectively ? Attention to detail ? Friendly and positive attitude ? Sense of Urgency Education and Experience ? High school diploma or equivalent ? 0-1 years of retail experience ? Effective communicator ? Able to manage priorities and tasks to better serve the business.
