Due to new client partnerships, we're actively hiring a Client Support Representative.
First and foremost, the main priority of the Client Support Representative is to establish rapport and build connections with internal and external clients.
They will also help to address and solve any emerging problems as well as escalate to the appropriate Senior Manager if necessary.
Client Support Representative
Responsibilities:
Deliver high value treatment to all customers and clients by communicating with them in a professional, honest and trustworthy manner Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive client retention and growth Communicate with customers on a regular basis and resolve routine client concerns, answer product and service questions, and assist in the order process if applicable Assess client needs to determine an appropriate product or service recommendation Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of all of Next Level Promotions' products, services, and promotions Follow standard compliance policies and procedures during the handling of confidential client information Identify and communicate improvement opportunities or trends to positively impact the client experience Client Support Representative Requirements:
High school diploma or GED is required 2 years of higher education is highly preferred or applicable work experience in a professional setting At least 1-2 years of experience working in a customer or client-facing position, sales role, or any other highly visible position Comfortable and excited about working in a fast-paced, growing organization Strong multitasking and prioritization skills and the ability to handle multiple accounts at any given time Possesses a caring personality and genuinely wants to help those around them succeed Excellent at building relationships, establishing trust, and creating lasting connections with all types of people This is an entry-level job opportunity with comprehensive training provided to all staff.
