Creative Employment Services Inc.
is a Supportive Employment Community-Based Integration Training Program for individuals with developmental disabilities ages 18 years and older.
We are currently hiring for the following positions (Job Specialist I, II, III).
Our area of focus commits to training and hiring individuals with developmental disabilities utilizing a person-centered approach that caters to each individual(s) unique need(s).
We believe through empowerment and inclusion we can help to enhance the quality of life of the individuals we serve, by providing integrated and supportive employment within the community.
IMMEDIATE HIRE!!! We are expanding our team and looking for entry level and experienced HR professionals (HR Specialist, HR Assistant Manager, HR Manager).
The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company's guidelines and managing processes.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation, with some training responsibilities.
Communicate with managers to resolve issues with payroll.
Ensure all timecards are approved by the deadline.
Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
Managing health and life insurance programs.
Designing and implementing effective training and development plans.
Performing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Ensuring all employee records are maintained.
Identifying the company's hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
Assist management with interviewing and screening candidates.
Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
Administering pre-employment tests.
Assisting with completing background investigations.
ADDITIONAL
Qualifications:
Prior to hiring the Program Director will conduct the employment interview with prospective employees.
Applications will be completed and prospective employee must complete the following procedure prior to starting work in the consumers.
The Staff must also adhere to the following:
Must be 18 years of age Health Screening Clearance with TB clearance results (Fingerprint Clearance, DOJ and Child Abuse Index Clearance) prior to hire Signed Criminal Record Statement Signed Dependent Adult Abuse Reporting Requirement References and verification of experience will be checked and cleared by Program Director Clean DMV record.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
