Purpose Carries out various administrative tasks of the Liberty compliance program.
Performs other duties as required.
Accountabilities Review and update various components of regulatory compliance associated with the Lead and Copper Rule Revision (LCRR) and the Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI), with primary attention to the Lead Service Line Inventory.
Coordinate Pitcher Filter Program, including distribution, sampling, and customer communications.
Coordinate with Operations regularly to ensure appropriate customer communications are delivered as required by regulation.
Create and maintain LCRR and LCRI monitoring schedules and monitoring logs for schools and childcare facilities as required by regulation.
Keep neat hand-written records, maintain computer data bases, and communicate both verbally and in writing with internal stakeholders.
Regularly report to and communicate with supervisor regarding all LCRR and LCRI activities.
Support the compliance team with other administrative tasks as required.
Education and Experience High school diploma.
Must possess a valid California Class C driver's license Must communicate with co-workers, and display a positive attitude.
Must be competent in the use of MS Office Excel and Word.
Must be familiar with general computer use.
Compensation $29.
