Bachelor's degree in Quality Improvement/Quality Assurance, human services, psychology, or related social science field, or LVN license.
Two (2) years of experience in the mental health field or a QA position required, preferably in in-patient setting.
Two (2) years of experience in QA/TQM preferred.
One (1) year experience in LACDMH clinical documentation preferred.
Valid California Driver's License required.
For bilingual positions- performs language translation and cultural consultation as assigned by Supervisor.
Ability to provide client services in the designated threshold language (other than English).
Ability to interact and communicate both verbally and in writing with seriously emotionally disturbed youth, other staff, physicians, and the public.
Ability to understand and work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds in a positive manner.
Demonstrates familiarity with quality assurance program design.
Ability to perform clear and concise documentation.
Demonstrates familiarity with computers required.
Demonstrates knowledge of Word and Excel, preferred.
Demonstrates knowledge of funding sources for medical services and agencies, preferred.
Ability to drive to and from external agencies in personal vehicle.
Ability to adhere to all policies for confidentiality ethics and code of conduct.
Ability to receive training and gain and apply new skills and knowledge.
Ability to influence and lead others in the effort to make lasting improvements.
Strong report development and analysis skills.
As well as good organizational, writing, and time management skills.
Strong ability in the use of the computer, specifically Microsoft products including but not limited to PowerPoint and Excel.
Demonstrated familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Ability to physically perform Community Safety Interventions (CSI).
Ability to assess client's behavior and needs visually and audibly.
Ability to physically perform containment, escort, and restraint procedures with assaultive clients.
Ability to physically assist in lifting and carrying assaultive clients weighing up to 200 lbs.
Ability to walk and run.
Ability to drive clients in company vehicle as required.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 3 hrs.

Ability to complete ProAct trainings and implement physical techniques (i.

, Evasion/ Sitting/ Standing/ Floor) to become certified.

24/7 intensive treatment in safe and therapeutic homelike setting Voluntary residential program designed for adults CRPT serves as a step down transition from higher levels of care An adult unit equipped to serve 16 adults (ages 18 and up) Behavioral healthcare crisis programs overseen by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH), Intensive Care Division (ICD).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
