The Member Service Officer in our Downey branch will greet members and assist them on using the Virtual Teller Machines, setting up mobile accounts, assist them with online e-Banking, and advise members about Credit Union deposit accounts and other services.
Responsibilities:
Greet member and assist in utilizing the PTM.
Assist with opening new accounts.
Refer to Personal Banker or Branch Manager for loan opportunities.
Proactively identify opportunities to serve members further.
Educate members on convenience services, such as mobile, e-banking, e-quest, bill pay, direct deposit, ATM and shared branches.
Be able to work as a team player, prioritize tasks and handle high volume traffic.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
