The job entails the handling of both cash and card payments, and includes guest greeting, handling customer queries, restock products, and other tasks as required.
You will be expected to become knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the cafe jobs and products and support other areas of the indoor playground as required, such as help customers, stocking stations, clearing tables, and general post-serving cleanup.
Responsibilities Operate a register and handle cash and credit card transactions.
Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
Count, organize Cafe inventory.
Maintain excellent customer service and have a positive attitude towards customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 10lbs.
Must be available to work flexible hours including evening and weekends.
Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager such as:
clearing/wiping down counters, tables and surface areas in the restaurant as needed.
Must be trustworthy and no criminal record.
Handle customer complaints with dignity, and escalate to the manager when necessary.
