PIP Printing of Downey is looking to add a phenomenal Inside Sales Rep to our TEAM! Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every contact.
The ability to qualify and develop leads, referrals, and pro-actively follow up on our marketing efforts, while working to maintain and grow our existing base of customers Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated prospects into repeat customers Work with the team to stay updated on product and service knowledge and be informed of changes in company policies Manage customer information in the CRM.
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers and co-workers at all times Excellent verbal and written communication skills We offer:
