Dietary Supervisor (Skilled Nursing Facility)
Quick Apply Full-time 19 hours ago Full Job Description We are currently hiring a reliable Dietary Supervisor to join our team!! This is a Full-Time position, may be required to work weekends on occasion.
As Dietary Supervisor, you are responsible to oversee the preparation of food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Within our established policies and procedures you will assure quality food service is provided at all times.
You will direct, evaluate, and monitor the staff assigned to your department.
Responsibilities include:
Run day to day operations within the dietary department Manage food service employees - scheduling, hiring, performance management Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus and make only authorized food substitutes.
Prepare food in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders Review care plans as necessary to assure that the resident's dietary needs are being met Order food and kitchen supplies within department budget
Qualifications:
Must have valid Food Handler's Certificate CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) License ServSafe Certification Previous long-term care experience Prior management experience preferred Bilingual ( Spanish, Armenian ) a plus Annual Salary Range:
