Aerospace clients across the globe utilize products fabricated by this established Southern California manufacturer. As their Manufacturing Planner you will be working in a collaborative environment playing a major hands-on role in production planning from start to finish.
As this Manufacturing Planner, you will release detailed work instructions for production based on client requirements, drawings and specifications.
You will:
Analyze and understand drawings, specs and control media to determine correct manufacturing requirements.
Plan raw material specs/types, finishes/treatments, processes, and manufacturing and assembly Best practices, leading to desired results.
Communicate with clients and suppliers to obtain manufacturing data, solve problems and negotiate changes.
Implement Lean Practices; maximizing customer value while minimizing waste.
Manage and input data into MRP system linking to bills of material, routings, and parts to M2M Product.
This Manufacturing Planner Has:
Experience in a Planner position within the Aerospace industry
Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting Blueprints.
Excellent written and communications skills.
Ability to strive in a team oriented environment.
